#UnitingForUkraine
Born and raised in Ukraine, my first aspirations to build a career in the law arose in 2004, when I was a sixth grader. I observed brilliant litigation battles over the case of Orange Revolution and Presidential elections in the Supreme Court of Ukraine. I felt law can be a powerful instrument if one strives to make a substantial change in a specific case or the entire system. The idealistic image of lawyers as “fighters for justice” inspired me to apply to National Law University named after Yaroslav the Wise, one of the top law schools in Ukraine. In 2014, I graduated with an LL.B degree with honors. The following year, I obtained a Masters degree in International Law, also with honors.
While studying in Ukraine, I joined the European Law Students Association (ELSA), which operates in the majority of law schools throughout Europe. The impact of ELSA on my life is hard to overestimate. ELSA was the key to success in my future career in the United States.
In 2014, observing the actions of the Ukrainian political movement “Euromaidan”, my desire to study law expanded with renewed vigor. I was confident in the correctness of my choice to become a lawyer. That same year, I received Fulbright Scholarship to pursue an LL.M in intellectual property at University of New Hampshire School of Law, which I completed in 2016. From 2016 to 2021, I was assisting attorneys at Estefano Law, P.A., a boutique law firm in Miami, Florida, providing various services in the area of IP law, civil litigation, family law and real estate. Meanwhile, from 2019 to 2021, I was enrolled in a Juris Doctor program at Florida International University College of Law, a degree necessary to obtain a bar license in Florida. In July 2021, I joined Robert Half International, Inc. to provide legal help and consulting services to a variety of large and middle size corporate clients and businesses.
In December 2021, I graduated Florida International University as valedictorian being the top student in my class and with summa cum laude (high honors). In February 2022, I successfully passed the Florida Bar Exam and was subsequently sworn as Member of Florida Bar. At the very same time that I was taking the Bar Exam, Ukraine was unjustifiably attacked by Russia that started brutal and vile invasion into Ukraine. I stand with Ukraine and its citizens, and I am committed to helping Ukrainians who are forced to flee their homes to seek safety.
Eager and willing to help, open-minded and innovative, I am at your service to provide competent and diligent legal advice and assistance in the area of civil litigation, corporate law, family law, intellectual property law, real estate, and immigration.
